Has anyone come across of know why the latest version says that there is a missing DLL and ends the install prematurely? You get the DLL error twice more and then you get the End Install screen.
System Info: 64bit Windows 7 Ultimate, 4gb RAM and 120+ gb free space

I had no issue with the installer. Some Goolging suggests to me that it’s some sort of permissions issue, possibly having to do with a Windows temp directory: http://superuser.com/questions/478631/dll-could-not-be-run-for-msi-installers.
You could also try downloading the installer again. You would be surprised by how often an installer gets corrupted during download.
