Asynchronous getSyncStatus failure when trying to publish

Hello,

I’m getting repeated Asynchronous getSyncStatus() failed failures when setting up a publishing config for this one project. I’ve tried deleting the connection, deleting the project entirely, upgrading then restarting Komodo, and also restarting my computer, but still it doesn’t want to connect. I can connect using other FTP software no problem, and other projects with publishing configs connect fine, but just not this one.

I don’t seem to have a log file; says one for 9.2 doesn’t exist. Don’t know what else to try. Can you offer any suggestions, please?

I think I discovered the cause of the problem—my local directory name contained special characters—www.INFO (xc5). Once I removed those parentheses and recreated the config, it worked.
